We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Concessions Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the BSA concession operations. As the Concessions Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the concession stand, including overseeing staff, inventory, customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise concession stand staff. Create work schedules, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stock management, and rotation of products to ensure availability and minimize waste. Track inventory and place timely orders to maintain supply levels.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all food safety standards, cleanliness regulations, and health codes are adhered to at all times.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the concession budget, track sales, and ensure that all transactions are accurate. Assist with financial reporting.
• Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order.
• Availability: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings or ensure proper staffing coverage.

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old and willing to complete a required class.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Responsible and reliable with good communication skills.
• Ability to manage a small staff and create schedules.
